The Winter League is an international Calisthenics Endurance competition season. It is designed to provide uniform competitions standards for the endurance calisthenics sport. The competition format is created to attract both entry-level and top athletes.
The competitions are easy to organise and well digitised thanks to the FinalRep app.
The total score of each athlete is recorded in both an event and season ranking. Both scores can be viewed online in the FinalRep app at any time and during the competition with a live score.
League of Reps thus offers calisthenics competitive sports a whole new level of transparency and comparability between athletes worldwide.
Each athlete completes the exercises presented on the left within 4 minutes. Since this is a Calisthenics Competition, the standard is: “Clean Form Only”.
>> All exercises are performed without additional weight.
>> CAP = minimum reps
>> MPL = points per rep
These events are organized and accompanied by the Winter League team.
