Open Positions

Here is a list of newly emerging tasks that we would like to fill with new volunteers.

!

As the worldwide leading platform for streetlifting competitions, FinalRep has established a professional framework to the sport. By today it has gathered a worldwide competition structure that creates an increasing attention. Although this presence has a significant impact on the growth of the sport, the global sponsorship network is still very small and niche.

Need: We need people who reach out to potential sponsors and build a strong and wide sponsorship network.

Task: You make contacts to sponsors and initiate the sales process. You are also engaged in the maintenance of a global sponsors data base and spread current update.

Skill: You are strong in professional communication. You shall be fluent in written and spoken English. You have a structured work and are familiar with sales processes (if you are not, you can learn it with us 😉 )

In this position you are in the center of communication with sponsors worldwide.

!For this position we can offer you a paid promotion plan!

The rapid growth of our project offers unique opportunities for brands to connect with a highly engaged, global audience. To scale our events and provide the best possible experience for our athletes, we aim to build strong, long-lasting partnerships with industry leaders and innovative sponsors.

NEED: Our network of potential partners is expanding quickly, and we need dedicated support to manage these opportunities. We are looking for someone to help us professionalize our outreach and ensure that every sponsor feels valued and integrated into our community.

TAKS: In this role, you will assist in the end-to-end acquisition process for new partners and sponsors. You will identify potential leads, prepare professional pitch decks, and support the initial outreach. Furthermore, you will be responsible for relationship management—maintaining constant communication with existing partners to ensure their goals are met and our collaborations remain successful.

SKILLS: You are a communicative and “people-oriented” person with a talent for sales and networking. You have a professional demeanor and know how to present complex value propositions clearly. Experience in sports marketing or sponsorship is a plus, but your drive and ability to build trustful relationships are what matter most.

In this position, you will play a crucial role in securing the financial and structural future of the League of Reps, working at the intersection of sports and business.

YouTube is the home of our most in-depth stories, tutorials, and event recaps. It is where our community goes to learn, get inspired, and re-watch the most epic moments of our sport events. To elevate our channel to a professional level, we want to provide consistent, high-quality video content that captures the true essence of our sport.

NEED: We produce a massive amount of raw footage from our global competitions, tutorials, vlogs and more, but we need a creative specialist to turn this data into polished, viral content. We need someone who takes full ownership of our YouTube presence to keep our subscribers engaged and informed.

TASK: As a Content Creator for YouTube, you are responsible for the entire production cycle. You edit raw footage into compelling videos—ranging from short highlights to long-form documentaries. You handle the technical upload process (including SEO-optimized titles and thumbnails) and take care of the community management by engaging with the comments and feedback of our viewers.

SKILL: You are an expert in video editing software and have a sharp eye for storytelling and pacing. You understand the YouTube algorithm and know how to create thumbnails that get clicks. You are proactive, organized, and passionate about building a digital home for the international Calisthenics scene.

In this position, you will be the architect of our visual legacy, reaching thousands of athletes and fans who follow the growth of the sport through your lens.

As this project continues to scale, our impact on the international sports landscape is grwoing rapidly. We are generating stories that deserve to be hold beyond our own community – reaching mainstream media, sports journalists, and global partners.

NEED: To professionalize our external communication and broaden our reach, we need a strategic mind who can manager our relationships with the press and coordinate our media presence. We need someone who can translate the energy of our competitions into compelling narratives for the public.

TASK: As a Press & Media Manager, you are the primary point of contact for journalists and media outlets. You create professional press releases, coordinate media accreditations for our events, and manage our press kit. You actively seek opportunities for features in magazines, newspapers, and TV to put Calisthenics on the big map.

SKILL: You have a background in journalism, PR, or communications. You possess excellent writing skills and the ability to build and maintain a network of media contacts. You are a storyteller who understands how to frame sports news for different audiences while staying true to the core of our sport.

In this position, you will be the driving force behind our public perception, ensuring that the growth of League of Reps is recognized by the global media landscape.
